Two Years of Icidat Technology Limited: Built on Grit, Grace, and a Little Bit of Wi-Fi Faith
Two years ago, Icidat Technology Limited was more than a company. It was a stubborn dream carried by people who dared to believe that something meaningful could be built from passion, resilience, and a refusal to quit.
Back then, “office space” could mean anywhere there was a charged laptop, decent network, and enough hope to survive another day. We worked in hybrid mode before it became cool. Cafés became meeting rooms, restaurants became brainstorming hubs, and sometimes, the only thing fully stable was our determination.
Today, that same dream is TWO years old! And what a beautiful journey it has been.
From those uncertain beginnings, Icidat Technology Limited has grown into a thriving hub with a physical space, impactful training programs, bootcamps, internships, collaborations, and a growing community of people passionate about technology and innovation. What once lived only in our minds is now touching lives in reality.
To say the journey has been easy would be the biggest joke of the century. Honestly, there were days when even the chairs looked tired of us. There were moments we questioned ourselves, moments when the odds felt louder than the vision, moments when giving up almost sounded reasonable. But somehow, through every challenge, every setback, every “how are we going to pull this off?” we kept showing up. We showed up on the good days and the hard days. We showed up when opportunities came knocking and when silence filled the room. We showed up when resources were limited but faith was abundant. We showed up in every weather and through every hurdle.
And that made all the difference.
Over the past two years, we have laughed together, learned together, struggled together, grown together, and most importantly, stayed together. Every obstacle became a lesson. Every delay became preparation. Every humble beginning became proof that consistency truly compounds over time.
Are we above every challenge now? Absolutely not. Growth still comes with its own demands. The vision is still expanding. The work is still ongoing. There are still mountains to climb and goals to achieve. But now, we move differently. We move with experience. We move with wisdom. We move with the confidence that comes from surviving seasons we once thought would break us.
What makes this anniversary even more special is realizing that this dream has already exceeded many of the expectations we had for the first year. What God has done through Icidat Technology Limited in just two years reminds us that small beginnings should never be despised. And this is only the beginning.
